SEVEN Jazan will also boast a retail promenade and seaside restaurants.

SAUDI Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN), a subsidiary of the Qiddiya Investment Company, has announced that 70 per cent of the construction work has been completed on its prime destination along the Jazan waterfront – SEVEN Jazan – logging more than seven million working hours without any lost-time injuries.

A SAR1.3 billion ($342 million) entertainment destination, it is being developed by SEVEN.

With a built-up area of 73,000 sq m, SEVEN Jazan will offer a variety of entertainment experiences, including global partnerships with brands like Discovery Adventures and Hot Wheels E-Karting, as well as locally developed concepts such as Kawaken, Golfi, Cyber Bowling, and Scene Cinema, said a statement from SEVEN.

In addition to its entertainment offerings, the project will feature a retail promenade and seaside restaurants, creating a comprehensive destination that blends leisure, shopping, dining, and waterfront experiences.

On the safety milestone, SEVEN said this comes in line with its commitment to health and safety standards on site. “Safety, sustainability, and environmental responsibility are top priorities for SEVEN, which adheres to ISO 45001 standards and relevant regulations,” said a company spokesman.

“SEVEN Jazan will contribute to Saudi Vision 2030’s Quality of Life Program upon completion by enhancing entertainment options and attracting both residents and visitors to the region,” he added.
