Metal Park, the first integrated downstream metals ecosystem based in Kezad, Abu Dhabi, has signed a strategic agreement with Germany-based digital industrial technology specialist Frindt Consulting for the launch of its advanced digital laser cutting services in the UAE and transform sheet metal work across the region.

The collaboration integrates MP Nexus, Metal Park’s proprietary digital industrial portal, with Frindt Consulting’s established European digital laser cutting system, enabling customers in Abu Dhabi and across the UAE to upload sheet metal drawings, receive real-time quotations, and place orders through a seamless online interface.

This initiative positions Metal Park as a leading provider of sheet metal laser cutting services in Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE, combining industrial infrastructure with digital procurement technology.

The partnership strengthens Metal Park’s capability to deliver: Laser cutting UAE-wide for steel, stainless steel, aluminum and copper; sheet metal work services in Abu Dhabi; digital metal fabrication solutions in UAE as well as on-demand steel laser cutting and bending services for construction and industrial projects.

Through MP Nexus, customers can upload technical sheet metal drawings directly; receive automated laser cutting quotations based on machine parameters; confirm orders digitally via secure payment gateway and track production and manage communication through the industrial platform.

This eliminates traditional manual RFQ cycles and accelerates procurement for contractors, fabricators and industrial operators seeking fast, reliable laser cutting services in the UAE.

Frindt Consulting is a Germany-based digital industrial technology specialist focused on advanced software and technology solutions for the metals industry.

The company was specifically established to represent the technological and software-related components of the Frindt ecosystem.

By integrating this system into MP Nexus, Metal Park is introducing a digitally enabled model for sheet metal cutting in Abu Dhabi, reducing procurement delays and improving cost transparency.

On the partnership, Vahid Fouladkar, the CEO of Metal Park said: "Industrial sectors cannot scale on legacy procurement systems. By integrating advanced metal sheet working technology into MP Nexus, we are shortening procurement cycles, improving cost and estimation visibility and enabling real-time manufacturing access."

"This is part of structural modernisation of downstream steel processing in the UAE," he stated.

Bastian Rudolf Scholz, the CEO of Frindt Metal Parts Company, said: "This partnership represents more than an expansion of production capacity. It introduces a fully digital procurement and manufacturing model for sheet metal processing in the UAE.:"

"By combining German engineering standards with the industrial infrastructure of KEZAD, we are setting a new benchmark for transparency, speed and scalability in steel processing. Our objective is to fundamentally modernise traditional procurement processes and make industrial value creation digitally accessible," he added.

The operational contract for the UAE has been concluded with Frindt Metal Parts LLC, Abu Dhabi. Frindt Consulting GmbH is positioned strictly as the technology and software partner.

The technology supports applications including: HVAC ducting and ventilation accessories; structural steel fabrication fittings; architectural façade metal cutting and industrial and specialist subcontractor components.

This digital integration enables architects, main contractors, subcontractors and specialist fabricators across the UAE to access advanced laser cutting services in Abu Dhabi and Kezad through a unified platform.

The first integrated service is targeted for completion by the end of March, aligned with the full launch of the MP Nexus portal, it added.-TradeArabia News Service
