Saudi-based Shalfa Facilities Management Company has announced that it has secured a contract worth SAR366.4 million ($97.5 million) from Tatweer Buildings Company for providing FM services at its school buildings in Qassim. The scope of work includes cleaning, maintenance and gatekeeper services.

This deal comes under the Framework Agreement for Integrated Facilities Management Services for School Buildings and Private Institutes in the Central Region (Qassim Region), said Shalfa Facilities Management in its filing to Saudi bourse tadawul.

This comes close on the heels of a similar FM services contract win from the Saudi Ministry of Tourism in April this year.

The scope of work includes operation, maintenance and cleaning services at Buildings Complex and the Main Warehouse in Riyadh. The entire contract will be completed within a three-year period.

The financial impact of the contract is expected to be reflected in Shalfa's results starting from the second half of 2026.

Shalfa Facilities Management said it had sealed a similar framework agreement with Tatweer Buildings Company in April last year.-TradeArabia News Service
