Hassan Allam Holding’s development arm, Grova Developments, and Tilal Real Estate, in partnership with the National Housing Company (NHC) have unveiled Noor Khuzam, a new SAR3.3 billion ($880 million) residential community in Riyadh.
A fully integrated residential community, it embodies a modern approach to urban development featuring 3,018 residential units over a 228,000-sq-m area.
Located in the expanding urban area of North Riyadh, Noor Khuzam benefits from its proximity to King Khalid International Airport, Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, ROSHN Boulevard, Diriyah metro stations.

According to Grova, the project’s architectural design balances open green spaces, smart urban planning, and fully integrated community amenities. These include shared dining areas, a cinema, plazas and cafés, and community gathering spaces.
Noor Khuzam also incorporates energy-efficient systems, green building standards, smart technologies, and a pedestrian-friendly design to elevate everyday living standards and create a contemporary, sustainable living environment.
